...his whole mass of cavalry came on at speed in the most splendid style. The rush of horse, the sound of the earth, the waving of flags, the brandishing of spears, were grand beyond description but perfectly ineffectual.
BRILLIANT!! All great renditions of a very nice (and oh so versatile) set of miniatures.Frankhttp://adventuresinlead.blogspot.com/
All look just great!!Christopher
and these seem even nicer, if that is possible
Excellent figures and very, very, very nicely painted!!
Fantastic well done again.
Lovely stripes - it take a certain sang froid to carry them off!
They look great! @GWZ can you give me some help with figures and how they compare to each other?
Duke,What exactly do you want to know? How each uniform fits into the scheme? Essentially, each uniform would represent a seperate battalion of regular troops.Let me know what else you would like to know.Regardsgwz
I was actually need help with which manufacturers are closest to each other if you can I like Redoubt, 1st Corps, your stuff, Eureka minis Indian civilians, Ashok's, Bears den, foundry and Perry's Muslims. I have the eureka civilians already.
Ok, Redoubt is big, so won't fit with these. My figures will fit with 1st Corps, Foundry and Perry, although the Perry Muslim range is slightly slimmer.Foundry can be problematic as their Afghans are larger than their Mutiny figures. The Eureka civilians are slightly bulkier, as are Bears Den.Can't comment about Ashok's range as yet : (regardsgwz
Hi GWZ, thank you A LOT for the wonderful images, do you have also something about rocket troops , artillery and cavalry? I'm thinking to try to sculpt some indians.....
